Your story matters—let's explore it together.
Your experiences are complex and deeply personal. I’m here to provide understanding, guidance, and a safe space where you can address the impact of identity-based issues and inequities and focus on building the life and self-understanding you deserve.
Pack light.
Therapy with me is like putting down a heavy backpack you didn't realise you were carrying—each session lightens your load, eases your burdens, and helps you move forward with a renewed sense of lightness, freedom and clarity, especially when facing systemic inequality, marginalisation, and oppression.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely.
I offer a free, 20 minute consultation by phone or Microsoft Teams. Finding the right therapist matters, and this no-obligation conversation gives us both a chance to see whether we're a good fit.
It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and tell me a little about what's bringing you to therapy.
If you're ready, you can book your free consultation now.
We'll go through the therapy agreement and confidentiality information briefly, then spend time exploring what has brought you to therapy, your current circumstances and any relevant background.
We'll also talk about what you're hoping for from therapy and whether there are any immediate concerns or risks that need attention.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at the same time each week.
I try to be flexible where possible, and if you'd benefit from more than one session a week, we can discuss that too.
I work on an open-ended basis, which means there is no fixed number of sessions.
Some people come for a relatively short period, while others choose longer-term work. We'll review things regularly and decide together what feels right.
Sessions are £75.
I also offer a limited number of reduced-cost spaces.
Yes.
I believe therapy should be accessible to as many people as possible. I therefore offer a limited number of lower-cost spaces, usually for up to 12 sessions.
If cost is a barrier, please feel free to ask. There is no need to justify your circumstances or feel uncomfortable raising the subject.
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Except in emergencies, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full fee.
If you decide to end therapy, I ask for one week's notice where possible.
Endings are an important part of the therapeutic process, and I believe it's valuable to have the opportunity to reflect on our work and bring things to a thoughtful close.
I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and follow data protection legislation.
Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in a small number of situations involving serious risk of harm. We'll discuss confidentiality and its limits fully during our first session.
I generally work online via Microsoft Teams or by telephone.
